Cara Pemesanan

1. Catat Kode Produk yang hendak dipesan.
2. Kirimkan email pemesanan ke sales@avtechtaslaptop.com, isi email meliputi: Kode Produk, Jumlah Pesanan serta Alamat Pemesanan dilengkapi dengan nomor telpon.
3. Pemesanan bisa juga dilakukan dengan mengisi form pemesanan dibawah tiap-tiap posting produk. Pastikan email dan nomor telpon yang Anda masukkan valid, karena kami akan meresponnya melalui email/telpon.
4. Pemesanan akan kami respon melalui email/telpon dalam waktu kurang dari 1×24jam.
5. Kami akan mengirimkan email/telpon konfirmasi disertai invoice (total belanja ditambah ongkos kirim, ongkos kirim akan kami beritahukan setelah kami mengecek biaya sesuai berat barang yang dipesan) dan cara pembayaran.
6. Pembayaran ditunggu paling lama 2×24 jam, melebihi jangka waktu tersebut pemesanan dianggap batal.

1. Setelah invoice akhir diterbitkan, Anda bisa melakukan pembayaran melalui transfer ke rekening:

3. Setelah dipastikan tranfer dana pembayaran Anda telah masuk ke rekening kami, kami akan segera memproses pesanan ke alamat pengiriman yang diinginkan menggunakan jasa TIKIJNE atau lainnya.
4. Pemprosesan pesanan ke TIKIJNE dilakukan pada jam 15.00 setiap harinya. Jadi pastikan Anda telah melakukan pembayaran sebelum waktu tersebut, jika lewat waktu tersebut, maka pesanan akan diproses pada keesokan harinya.

Pengiriman & Pengembalian

TARIF & SIMULASI PENGIRIMAN

Temukan Cara Belanja yang Mudah dan Aman

Untuk luar kota, barang yang telah siap akan kami kirimkan ke ekspedisi, dalam hal ini kita contohkan TIKI. Menurut tata kerja TIKI, bila pengiriman dengan reguler, maka barang akan terkirim 2-3 hari sampai ke kota besar.


Selanjutnya dari kota besar baru didistribusikan ke kota kecil pada hari berikutnya. Hari dihitung berdasarkan hari kerja, dan penerimaan pengiriman untuk diproses pada hari yang sama adalah sebelum Jam 12.00. Jika melewati waktu tersebut, berarti akan diproses hari berikutnya. Contoh misalnya Anda berdomisili di Lhoseumawe, Aceh dan memesan barang hari Kamis pagi. Barang akan dikirim ke Banda Aceh dalam waktu 2-3 hari, berarti diterima Senin di Banda Aceh dan baru dikirimkan ke Lhoseumawe pada hari Selasa atau Rabu.


Untuk daerah yang jadwal penerbangan sangat terbatas, pengiriman bisa lebih lama. Contoh seperti Timika-Papua yang bisa memakan waktu hingga 14 hari. Sedangkan untuk kota-kota besar dalam jalur penerbangan, barang biasanya bisa diterima dalam waktu 2-3 hari atau keesokan hari bila memakai jasa ONS (Over Night Service).


Khusus untuk Jakarta ongkos kirim kami adalah Rp. 30.000 per pengiriman.

Syarat & Ketentuan :

1. Perhitungan biaya pengiriman berdasarkan berat x tarif per kilogram atau berdasarkan volume.
2. Tarif minimum untuk kiriman kurang dari 3 kg, atau jurusan yang berlaku tarif minimum sebesar Rp 25.000,- / pengiriman.
3. Untuk berat barang 1 (satu) kil0 = 150 kg/ di atasnya dikenakan surcharge 50%.
4. Tarif bisa berubah setiap saat tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
5. Resiko yang terjadi dalam perjalanan maupun keterlambatan pengiriman bukan menjadi tanggungjawab kami. Semua barang yang dikirim dengan TIKI akan diasuransikan untuk mengantisipasi kehilangan dan kerusakan dalam perjalanan. Proses klaim akan melibatkan pihak pelanggan dan kami untuk pembuktian.
6. Harga tarif ini hanya merupakan referensi. Segala perubahan dan beban tambahan yang terjadi sepenuhnya akan dibebankan pada pembeli.
